With the widespread application of paper cutting machines in various industries, more and more people are paying attention to the use of paper cutting machines. Therefore, this article will talk about the process of changing paper cutting machines, and what kind of process will not affect the normal use of paper cutting machines:

Paper cutting machine

1. When the paper cutting machine is changing knives, when the blades fall to the end position (in contact with the blade), the switch is closed to stop the machine, and all brakes stop working.

2. When removing old blades and replacing them with new ones (or regrinding them), check the blades α Can the shear resistance of the corner match the material being cut? Then use a cloth to wipe the blade clean from top to bottom. It is strictly prohibited to wipe it against or along the blade to avoid injury.

3. Loosen the bolts that fix the blade and expose it outside the blade holder, use a T-shaped screwdriver to place it on the screw hole, rotate the screwdriver to lower the blade, make the blade quietly contact the pad, then unscrew the bolt, screw the blade disposal device into the hole of the blade, and tighten it. The blade holder rises to its original position, leaving the blade below. Use both hands to pinch the blade disposal devices at both ends, and then remove and place the blade in a wooden (or plastic) knife box.

4. When replacing the paper cutter with a new blade, it is necessary to be careful not to let the blade collide with any hard object to maintain the sharpness of the blade.

5. The height of the tool change should be appropriate and not too high. If it is too high, the knife holder will be lowered accordingly. When cutting and pressing down, the knife holder will touch the paper, causing it to break and form waste. When changing the knife, it is necessary to adhere to cutting the paper so that the blade can only touch the paper, and the knife holder cannot touch the paper. Also, pay attention to the level of blade deepening within the base plate (blade), which should not be too high or too low. High, the paper stack cannot be cut through (the page at the end presents a combination of knives); If it is too low, after the blade is pressed down and cut, the paper will be pressed into the blade mark of the backing plate. When the paper stack is taken out, it will tear the lower page or damage the backing plate, and in extreme cases, it may even cause a knife breakage. The appropriate depth for a regular blade to be pressed into the backing plate is 0.3-1 mm. And cut the paper stack completely according to its length.
