The circular die-cutting machine can be combined with offset printing machines, gravure printing machines, flexographic printing machines, etc. to form a printing die-cutting production line. Moreover, the fastest growing packaging and printing materials are thin films and metal foils, which also bring new opportunities for circular die-cutting machines. The editor of this article will talk to you about the maintenance methods of the circular press circular die cutting machine:
Circular die-cutting machine
1. When starting the machine, it is necessary to diligently observe the die-cutting production situation of cigarette packs and keep records. If any abnormalities are found, immediately stop the machine for inspection.
2. The blade is worn out in each shift, and each shift should carefully check the wear of the blade, waste needle, waste shovel, etc. of the die cutting roller. If there is local wear, it can be solved by using a raised blade block.
3. Prepare a 2.5mm thick sponge rebound adhesive strip and gaskets with different thickness specifications, read the manual more, and understand the principles of mechanical transmission and circular die-cutting. Because the gap between the upper blade and the lower roller of the circular die cutting machine is only 0.003-0.008mm, a too small gap can lead to rough edges or inability to cut the cigarette package, which can easily damage the die cutting blade. If the gap is too large, the shaft end roller pillow should be moved to reduce the gap between the upper and lower knife rollers (now the knife rollers have tapered rollers at the shaft end for easy adjustment of the gap between the upper and lower knife rollers), in order to achieve the ideal gap state.
