Before starting work (after changing shifts or stopping midway), the main components of the paper cutting machine should be inspected and lubricating oil should be added.

After each shift, the paper cutting machine should be cleaned, the exposed friction surfaces should be wiped clean, and lubricating oil should be added.

Under normal two shift working conditions, the paper cutting machine should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected once a week.

4. If the paper cutting machine needs to be shut down for a long time without use, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti rust oil, and covered with a plastic cover to cover the entire machine.

If the paper cutting machine has been out of use for more than 3 months, it should also be coated with moisture-proof paper on the rust proof oil.

6. When inspecting and disassembling the paper cutting machine, it is prohibited to use inappropriate tools and unscientific operating methods.
