Maintenance and upkeep of paper cutting machine
(1) Before starting work (after changing shifts or stopping midway), the main components of the machine should be inspected and lubricated
(2) After each shift, the machine should be cleaned once, and the exposed friction surfaces should be wiped clean and lubricated with oil.
(3) Under the normal two shift system, the machine should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks, and the sliding surfaces and bearings of the machine should be cleaned and replaced with oil every two months. Such as the bearings at both ends of the screw at the bottom of the workbench, flywheel bearings, and various transmission bearings that drive the movement of the paper press.
(4) If the machine is stopped and not in use for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean and coated with rust resistant oil, and the entire machine must be covered with a plastic cover.
(5) The suitable ambient temperature for machine operation is 5-35 ℃, and the oil temperature for use is 10-65 ℃
(6) Check the oil level of the worm gear box once a month. The new machine will operate for approximately 200 hours to change oil, and will operate for approximately 2000 hours to change oil in the future.
(7) Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank once a month. The new machine will be used for approximately 200 hours to change the oil, and every 2600 hours of operation in the future, the oil filter and the bottom of the oil tank will be cleaned of any sludge.
(8) Every month, the air pump needs to check the filter in the intake connection section and the ventilation device filter at the control box, and clean them thoroughly.
(9) When cleaning the monitor, first turn off the power, and then use a glass cleaner and a soft cotton thread to clean it.
