Machine care and maintenance

(I) The main parts of the machine shall be inspected and filled with lubricating oil before the start of work (continue to work after shift change or midway shutdown).

(II) At the end of each shift, the machine shall be cleaned once, and the exposed friction surface shall be wiped and lubricated.

(III) Under the normal two-shift system, the machine shall be thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks, and the sliding surfaces and bearings of the machine shall be cleaned and replaced with oil every two months. For example, the bearings at both ends of the screw rod at the bottom of the worktable, the flywheel bearings and the transmission bearings that drive the paper press to move.

(IV) If the machine is not used for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean and coated with anti-rust oil, and the whole machine must be covered with a plastic sleeve.

(V) The ambient temperature suitable for the machine is 5 ~ 35­­­­­­­℃, operating oil temperature 10 ~ 65 ℃

(VI) Check the oil level of the worm gear case once a month. The new machine has about 200 hours of oil change, and then about 2000 hours of oil change.

(VII) Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank once a month. Change the oil after the new machine is used for about 200 hours, and then change the oil every 2600 hours, and clean oil filter and the oil sludge at the bottom of the oil tank.

(VIII) The air pump shall check the filter of the air inlet connection part and the filter of the ventilation device at the control box every month, and clean them.

(9) When cleaning the monitor, first turn off the power supply, and then use glass cleaner to clean it with soft cotton.

(X) Keep proper hydraulic pressure. If the pressure is too high, the seal ring will burst; if the pressure is too low, the blade will appear sluggish and weak in cutting (double hydraulic).

(XI) Smear the platform and blade opening with talcum powder or paraffin. There are two advantages to this:

    1) Reduce the friction resistance between the paper and the platform, and save labor in operation;

    2) Extend the cutting times of the blade and make the cutting edge smooth and tidy.
