1. Electrical fault: In the transmission mechanism of the paper cutting machine (turbine box, gear transmission, etc.), it is usually equipped with a 2-3 stroke switch. 1 is mainly used for low point rear cutting, and when the hand leaves the button, the tool will automatically return to the minimum high point (also used for cutting tool counting function); Another type of high stop model is used, where when the stroke switch and bumper are not in the correct position, the knife will not stop in the high position (in this case, only adjust the position of the bumper or stroke switch to eliminate the fault)

2. If the brake fails, there must be a braking device when inputting the tool transmission (turbine box, gear transmission, etc.). When the brake pad is worn or the gap caused by the tool cannot stop at the minimum point (adjusting the gap or replacing the brake pad can solve it), or the clutch disc is stuck, causing an inflexible return position (removing some parts of the brake, cleaning and refueling can solve it).

3. Hydraulic failure: When a new machine leaves the factory, the hydraulic piston does not return to the lowest point. After a period of use, the piston surface runs - the piston returns to the lowest point, causing the roller position to be too high (it is generally believed that the blade is lower than the bottom of the paper press). This simple method is for most manufacturers to set a top cover on the piston head, and we only need to thicken the top cover to solve it. The approximate parameter is that when the top cover becomes 1mm thick, the compactor drops by about 1.4mm.
